Katrina Kaif for Shahid Kapoor?
If things turn out as expected and if director Ahmed Khan comes up with an interesting script, there’s a thick chance that we might see Shahid Kapoor romancing Katrina Kaif or Deepika Padukone in Khan’s next film. Ahmed, who is a good friend of Shahid and has directed him in the upcoming film Paathshala, admits he’s writing a script for a movie that will doubtlessly have his favourite Shahid Kapoor as the male lead.

But what’s interesting to note is that the director hopes to cast Katrina or Deepika for the film. The choreographer-director clearly wants to sign a new face opposite Shahid, but whether he will manage to rope in Katrina for the flick remains to be seen.
